Terms of delivery for ZaBe company’s Webstore.

General information about the online store
All e-commerce products are sold by the ZaBe Kauppa company. We sell products to individuals and companies nationally and internationally. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices and the shipping costs.
Orders
Products are ordered via our Webstore on the Internet.
All orders are confirmed by email, indicating the price of the order, shipping costs, and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, a valid email address must be provided when ordering.
You agree to comply with the rules applied to each delivery.

You will receive a payment confirmation email from Stripe or PayPal depending on your payment method, stating the payment amount, and date of the transaction. Contact the payment service provider at https://stripe.com or https://paypal.com/ if you have any questions about the payment transaction.
Payment methods and the payment service provider
Products and their postage will be paid upon ordering. In our online store, you can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and and, Paypal.
The payment service providers are Stripe (https://stripe.com) and PayPal (https://paypal.com/), which appears as the payment receiver on the card invoice and transfers the payment to the merchant.
Methods and time of delivery
The order processing time is 1 working week (from Monday to Friday) on average.
Average delivery times for orders after processing time: Nordic countries 2–4, other European countries 3-5, and the rest of the world 3-5 on week days (from Monday to Friday). The date of delivery is not included in delivery time.
Delivery location
For Kuopio residents, the package will be delivered free of charge to the buyer’s home address. For other parts in Finland, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office, Matkahuolto office or parcel machine and international shipments will be delivered to the nearest service point or directly to the recipient.

Exchange and Return Policy
Our products are packed very carefully before the order is delivered. Products are packed in protective material. We make sure that they are handled with care and that the cars have a suitable temperature. According to the regulations, the right of cancellation is 14 days after receiving the goods. Live plants, bulbs, seedlings and roots are, however, an exception to the distance selling regulations, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. If the glass container is damaged due to transportation, you must immediately write a complaint to the logistics company.
Problems with transport and defective products
If the product has been lost during transportation, or the wrong product or a damaged product has been delivered to you, you must immediately notify zabe.kauppa@gmail.com or in writing:

Notification of incorrect delivery or damaged product must be made as soon as possible. If the package is damaged during transportation, you must immediately write a complaint to the logistics company.
Changes
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before placing your order, you must familiarize yourself with the terms of delivery applicable at any given time.
