I am Nafiseh, the founder of ZaBe Kauppa.

I have always been interested in plants and gardening. My first job in Finland was gardening. I have a beautiful yard at my home which I have designed it myself.

My story started when I bought a Ficus bonsai from a local garden center and became quite obsessed with it. I participated in a workshop and learned how to make and grow bonsai trees. The workshop truly inspired me to pursue my passion in horticulture.

Shortly after my interest in bonsai, to decorate their soil surface, I collected different mosses. I think mosses are ubiquitous plants that often go underappreciated and overlooked. I became passionate for growing different mosses at glasses, which ultimately led me to make terrariums.

Staring from 2022, I decided to start ZaBe Kauppa as a side business to present and sell my Terrariums.  In near future, I would like also to focus my energy into creating online content as there is a lack of good quality information available for beginners on how to make bonsai and terrariums.
